- What is the delivery time & shipping costs.

- Delivery for the UK is usually 2-3 working days and delivery cost is £1.50 for orders under £10 and £3.50 otherwise.
- For urgent, next day delivery (available Mon-Fri) the cost would be an extra £7.50 on top of your order.
Delivery overseas
We offer delivery by either Air Mail or Land Mail.
To avoid delay please add the correct postage for the service you require.
EUROPE (Air Mail Only)
- One parcel up to 20KG for £10.00
OTHER COUNTRIES (Air Mail Only):
- Add 25% of order value.
- IMPORTANT: please make payment in pounds sterling (£)
- Customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any duties or taxes in their country which are imposed by the laws of their land.
- What is your returns policy.

- You must have prior authorisation if you wish to return goods.
- Merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit with original packaging
within 14 days after reciept (21 days for customers outside of the UK).
- Returns must reach us in the same state that they left the factory.
- If the merchandise is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will refund the price
plus costs, otherwise the customer must bear the costs of the return.

- Orders can also be placed by Phone, Fax or e-mail and paid by cheque or postal order.
